Booked in for a service with Josh but on arrival it was discovered that my drivers side brake calliper had locked on seizing the wheel and damaging the disc, pads and wheel bearing. As my car was underivable, Josh even went as far as to take me back to Ashford. Josh quickly sourced all replacement parts and called me with a quote that was really reasonable. The work was carried out quickly, Josh kept me informed every step of the way and arranged a convenient time for me to collect my car. Josh went above and beyond to make the whole situation stress free. I will 100% use his services for all future mechanical needs.

I called the garage and within hour josh managed to fit me in. I took the car down, and within another hour the problem was diagnosed and fixed. Fantastic, prompt service and very efficient — highly recommended!
Having just moved to Broadstairs I used a servicing agent I found online who made an appointment with ASR. I can't recommend them enough - Josh was courteous, fabulous in his communication with me before and during the service and fully explained what he had carried out. He is also authorised by Mini to update the computer in my car, retaining all my service history details in one place. Next year I'll go direct for servicing and anything in between. Actually don't know where to start, so happy with the service received. My car was fitted in last minute for an exhaust. They noticed my clutch needed replacing desperately, as well as some other bits. My car was kept, so that the problems could be fixed - making my car safe to drive. Josh kept me informed throughout the process, at no point were decisions made without me - anything noticed was communicated, prices were given and it was my decision how to proceed. My car was meant to be fairly simple, however turned out to be a lot more complicated, thankfully i wasn't turned away. I would definitely recommend ASR, and will be returning there in the future.
This is my first dealing with A.S.R, and i can SAFELY Say it was a very Pleasant experience all round. Josh Who I helped me throughout was Incredibly kind, gave great advice and went the extra mile to help me get my car sorted and back on the road, even went out his way to do little extra steps free of charge to help me and speed up the process,( which also was a very quick process from making my first call to him , to having the work done). Josh was also very understanding of my situation and very flexible, which goes a extremely long way with me. I need more work done on my car in the near future, and i will definitely be going back to use A.S.R Garage again, a very happy customer and very respectable Business. 5 stars.
